Let's cover some of the most common questions people have.

Based on your sizing table, I'm between sizes. What should I do?

Silicone rings are more flexible than traditional metal rings. If you're measuring between sizes as shown on our chart, we recommend going with the smaller of the two options. However, if you want to talk it through with us, just get in touch.

How do I know if my address is rural?

If you are not sure about your shipping options, pop your address into the Aramex Map Search

I've just ordered. How long will it take to arrive?

Once your payment has been processed, you'll receive an email to confirm your order, this will include another short explanation of how to work out your ring size. We know how busy life gets, so we may even send out another 'gentle nudge' email if you have not confirmed the size.  That means that it will take around 48 hours for processing and up to 7 working days for shipping. Rural deliveries may take another day to arrive. If you need urgent delivery, NZ Post has an overnight service. This is only overnight from the next working day and may take up to 3 working days. 

I received the ring and it doesn't fit on my desired finger. Can I return it?

We want you to love your Libiti Ring. If the ring is a little tight, we do have some tricks and tips to help it fit better. Get in touch and we'll be happy to walk you through that: hello@libiti.co.nz.

If we still can't get it quite right, within the first 30 days, you can:

  • Exchange for a new size - just pay return and delivery shipping and handling.
  • Exchange for a different colour or style - pay return and delivery shipping and handling PLUS any price difference.

After 30 days, we don't accept exchanges. How about trying it on another hand or re-gifting it to a friend?

A clearance item is a final sale, so we don't accept returns/exchanges on those ones.

I'm not happy with my ring. Can I return it?

We're sorry to hear it didn't work out. If it's within 30 days, just contact us at hello@libiti.co.nz and we'll help you out with an exchange. We would also like to hear why it didn't work out.

If it's after 30 days, we're sorry. 

Can I get my ring engraved?

Right now, we don't offer engraving, but we are planning to have this service available soon. Sign up for our newsletter and we'll keep you informed when that service is available.

Will it come in a nice ring box so I can propose to my partner with it?

We don't offer ring boxes at this point in time, but we will soon. Stay tuned!

I know silicone can stretch. How much and will it go saggy over time?

Great question. Yes, silicone rings will stretch up to 200% before breaking. If stretched less than that, it will return to its original size and should never sag.

If it ever rips, breaks, tears, or discolours please let us know.

You say that 100% medical-grade silicone is hypoallergenic. Is that true?

When a product is truly 100% medical-grade silicone, it is considered medically inert. 

However, let's consider basic skin biology. If you sweat, don't dry your hands properly after washing, don't have adequate personal hygiene AND you don't take off your ring regularly to clean it / allow your skin to breathe...you might have some problems. Just ensure you practice good hygiene and keep your ring clean.

But we aren't medical professionals and there are always exceptions. If you're experiencing problems, take the ring(s) off, clean the area with mild soap, dry well and reassess after giving your skin time to breathe.
