conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

How do I know if my address is rural?
If you are not sure about your shipping options, pop your address into the NZ Couriers Address Checker
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you need a delivery method not listed here just let us know.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly for rural addresses.
Libiti Rings ships to addresses within New Zealand only.
Some business addresses don’t receive Standard Mail, but they may receive other types, such as courier mail, PO Box, Private Bag, or counter delivery (where mail is collected from a local post shop). Please ensure you choose the correct option as Libiti Limited is not liable for parcels that go astray.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you purchased a tracked shipment, you'll receive your tracking number in that email.
Damages
Libiti Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact us and we'll support your conversation with NZ Post.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
